Established in 2020 under the Association Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Australia), the Chapter was later registered with ASIC in 2024. The financial statements of the Chapter are audited by an independent auditor, ensuring transparency and accountability.

To support the Executive Committee in its operations, the Chapter has five ongoing committees:

  1. Continuous Professional Development (CPD)
  2. Member Support
  3. Information Technology and Communication
  4. Grants and Sponsorships
  5. Investor and Business Relations
